Spa Etiquette
I set out to bring you an environment where the highest levels of skin and body care are provided to nurture the well being of mind, body, and spirit. We infuse Western modalities with knowledge of Eastern healing well-being. I tailor each treatment to any individual's own needs.
It is my goal to make a difference in the lives I touch by offering the highest level of service in the most relaxing environment for my clients.
Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. Choose the gift card redemption option for the particular massage you have been gifted. I hold credit card information as part of my cancelation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of my cancelation policy are provided below.
*Please notify the therapist of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the massage scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation, reschedule, or no show without proper notification. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter.
Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I do my best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
I take credit card, cash, and local checks. Please note that there is a 3% fee for credit card purchases and 4% on invoices that have to be manually put in and sent.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the office, by phone at 850-572-0224 or you may purchase them online. Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We have the Online Option for this reason! Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Check in:
We ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
