Pregnancy Massage
Our Pregnancy Massage helps to relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema.
In addition, it reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension -- which aids in better sleep -- and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.
The Pregnancy Massage is performed side-lying to perform the backside of the body and then we will turn you on your back to perform the front side of the body. We make sure you are comfortable with adequate bolsters and pillows throughout the massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of massage that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The lymph system depends on intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of lymph vessels (peristalsis) and the movement of skeletal muscles to propel lymph through the vessels to lymph nodes and then to the lymph ducts which return lymph to the cardiovascular system. Manual lymph drainage uses light pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow. I'm a certified MLD Therapist with MLD Institute International.
